We offer private and semi-private rooms in a clean, structured, alcohol- and drug-free environment. Our mission is to provide dignity, stability, and a true sense of home for veterans, returning citizens, domestic violence survivors, and individuals experiencing homelessness.
Our history
KAM HOUSE was founded with a clear purpose: to provide safe and stable housing for individuals facing homelessness and life transitions.
Created under MTC Real Estate Group LLC, the program grew from years of experience in property management and a strong commitment to community impact.
What began as a single property has evolved into a supportive independent living program serving veterans, returning citizens, domestic violence survivors, and those experiencing homelessness.
